Our friends at Uptown Update and Puptown received the following message from a reader regarding the reported theft of a puppy, so we would like to help spread the word..."This past Friday afternoon, my roommate had her puppy stolen from her at the Montrose dog beach. She is understandably crushed, and is scouring the city to try to find him. He is a 6-month-old Pug Sharpei mix, white with brown spots, with a surgical scar on his belly from a recent surgery."
There is a $2,500 reward for the safe return of Che. He weighs about 30 pounds, and that's his picture above.
Let's hope someone comes forward so the little guy can make it home safely.

This was even on the news this morning. Glad to hear they're getting the word out, just hope they find the doggy
Hope your friend gets her pup back. I was at montrose beach yesterday. I felt suspicious of two guys, who were throwing around a football. It was two white guys playing catch, I dont know if i am paranoid but one of them came over and approached my pitbull and pet her. He got pretty close to her like he was a vet, or experienced with dogs. I kept thinking about what happened to Che. I really hope she gets her dog back. My first dog I had for 14 years, it was a great 14 years.
